The cupcake toppers are small enough to be placed on any size cupcakes, each number is topped with a golden or silver crown. In order to use these cupcake toppers please refer to the instructions below.

Assemble Instruction:

1. Peel blue seal from the topper.
2. Use a glue like solution to attach the glittered crown onto the outlined crown on the topper.
3. Once glue is dry the topper is then ready to be inserted into the desired cupcake.
